My niece and nephew
Tuesday, June 16th, 2009Last weekend, my girlfriend and I babysat for my 21-month-old niece and my 6-week-old nephew. I tried to read appellate case law to them, but neither seemed very interested.

Busy week
Sunday, June 14th, 2009This week, I’ll be filing a brief in the Dallas Court of Appeals, arguing a post-trial motion in a trial court, and participating in an appellate court oral argument in the Waco Court of Appeals. I’d say that ’s a busy week.
